Welcome to AcuPoint Health Clinic

To enable us to accommodate as many patients as possible, we ask that you please visit the link below to create an account and fill out the new patient paperwork. Please complete the form at least 1 week before your appointment.

New Patient Form

If your paperwork is not completed at least 2 business days before your appointment, we’ll have to cancel your appointment and give it to someone else. When you schedule your appointment, a non-refundable $50 deposit will be required, which will be applied to your first visit.

Does AcuPoint accept new patients?

We are currently only accepting new patients on a limited basis. Due to our large client base, we encourage you to schedule your appointment as early as possible, to allow us to accommodate everyone who needs our help and health services. If you are undergoing acupuncture or TCM therapies, it is often important for sessions to follow a specific schedule. If you know your weekly or monthly availability ahead of time, we suggest you book multiple appointments at one time to ensure your place in our calendar.

Do you accept walk-in appointments?

Although we cannot accommodate walk-in clients at this time, we encourage you to contact our office to see if we can schedule you for a same-day appointment. If you do have a flexible schedule, we can usually schedule an appointment for you within a week.

How early should I schedule my appointment?

We recommend that you call our office as soon as you can. If possible, have several available dates in mind, as we are often fully booked during peak times.

What can I expect during my first visit?

Your first visit will take approximately two hours, and will consist of a thorough consultation with your practitioner, followed by an individual treatment determined by your diagnosis. The consultation consists of a reading of your medical history, a discussion of your current state of health, a visual examination of your tongue, and a pulse assessment. After the initial consultation, your practitioner will talk with you about the best course of action for your health treatments. This may involve a series of acupuncture appointments, a suggestion on how to change your diet or nutritional intake, or a prescription for herbal medicines.
